The following services can be provided in the Marine and Hydrodynamic Energy Laboratory:

  • Performance testing of different types of PAT with power less than 3kW
  • Performance testing of all types of pumps, including head, efficiency, power and cavitation, with power less than 5kW
  • Noise and performance testing of all types of centrifugal fans with power less than 5kW

Marine and Hydrokinetic Energy Laboratory was established in 2016 to study and work on all types of incompressible turbomachines. The primary objective of this laboratory is to conduct experimental and numerical studies in order to generate power from marine potentials such as tides, waves and river current energy.
